Hi there...such asymptomatic, subcutaneous swellings usually point towards a lipoma or neurofibroma. But other conditions like haematoma, antibioma, calcified cyst, malignancy should be ruled out to be safe. So kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation. If it's a lipoma or neurofibroma, they usually remain asymptomatic. No treatment is required unless they are troubling you. In such a case simple excision can be done to remove them.
