Deep cut on left eye brow . Need to know if surgery is needed or not . Got hurt by the edge of the door as it went inside .

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Im still not able to understand why you have not consulted a doctor in person till now. It needs proper dressing. Apply t-bact ointment over the area and consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Also you will need a inj. TT. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
