I got cut with a knife pretty badly last night. Have a deep cut where i can see a white layer underneath my skin. Have cleaned with dettol and applied betadine. Had my tetanus last year, should i get a shot now? Do i need to worry too much? Please help. Ps-please see attached photograph (betadine on wound)

Well cut looks very deep I personally feel u need some stiches over there Coming to tetanus...  NO need till 5 yrs ur safe with one 1 booster dose
