I request you to please help me out and I hope for soon response. He is a patient of Covid 19 His oxygen level is ok. But pulse rate is falling gradually when he sleeps pulse rate is about 60 and as he sits it drains to 45. His body is very weak.. He can't even do exercise. Once he fall off because of dizziness as he walked a little.  Please help me out by giving your consult
