From past 15-20 days i think my semen quantity has reduced a bit.also at the time of ejaculation there is slight discomfort at the opening.there is no pain as such anywhere but a little discomfort.what i need to do inorder to increase the semen quantity and to remove this discomfort during ejaculation??
