Sir my elder brothers platelets keeps on decrease day by day four month back also there was decrease in platelets it drop to 20,000. Then doctor suggested to give platelets after giving 8 units it came to 38,000 . Today he again checked it drop to 20,000 again . Doctor said there is some problem in spleen. Help help me what should be done.
