I have had a dead feeling in my right arm for 2 days now, its very painful if i move the wrong way or try to lift something, i can still use it but just but not for long or to lift anything sloghtky heavy. I can feel a twinge in my back and neck. If i bend over or reach to high the pain shoots down my arm.

I think ur symptoms point towards cervical disc prolapse. As soon as possible u should visit d physiotherapist and get some manual therapy with electrotherapy done
