Hi, have you met your psychiatrist currently? Please meet him once. Please let your family, friends and office colleagues know that you are taking medication with certain medical history so that they can help you out in case of emergency. You will get well soon! Take care

Hi.. sometimes vitamin deficiencies can also cause the above symptoms. However I will need detailed history to advise appropriately. Consult online for further evaluation and management
