Go for Intralesional deoprednisolone injection. This is one step. After conservative management fails. Mostly gives relief. Avoids surgery.
Next Steps
Consult online.
Health Tips
Patients post surgery are generally not very satisfied post the release.

The condition which you have is partly developed by Repetitive hand or wrist movements
Next Steps
1. ice application 2. use wrist splint for 4 to 6 weeks 3. physiotherapy can be done 4. stop using relative movements of hand and lifting heavy objects during this course of treatment
Health Tips
if pain does not subside after 6 weeks we can try steroid injection of the affected tendons/ muscles at wrist. you could consult me for appointment

Surgery is preferred if there is no pain relief.. U can try Physiotherapy for a week and see how it’s improving..
Next Steps
Try ultrasonic therapy and ice packs.. wear wrist binder or splint..
Health Tips
If symptoms persists even after above treatment then surgery is a best available option
