My daughter is suffering fever temperature is around 100-101.5. Having cold congestion also. She feels uncomfortable so much.

You can give paracetamol 250 mg /5 ml 7 ml once in 6 hours for 2 days Syrup cetrizine 5 ml twice a day for 5 days Give plenty of fluids
