My daughter was born with 2 large "birthmarks"(what I call them) on her right arm and her right foot, they are raised and red, and almost look like bad scars, the nurses at her delivery told me it was just "dry skin" and should clear up on it's own. However the marks have not ever gone away, only getting bigger as she gets bigger, she is almost 4 years old now, and I just was putting lotion on her foot mark when I noticed that the mark seems to be spreading up her leg onto her knee.
