Still if you want to use you can buy diaper whichever suits to ur baby...

Avoid diaper. Use cloth nappies. After coconut oil / nappi rash cream before using cloth or diapers.

I would not recommend use diaper. As there are many problems may occur like infection.
Next Steps
You can buy 10-15 clothes wash daily in morning and use that.
