Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Please use a sunscreen of spf 30+ regularly to avoid further pigmentation. For your acne spots there are various treatments like microneedling , MNRF and chemical peels available depending on your individual needs. Kindly consult your local dermatologist for them.
