My son is 15 years old. He has a wheatish complexion. However his neck is very dark compared to the rest of his body. Pl advice

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin​ folds like underarms, neck and face becomes dark. it happens due to genetic reason, sedentary lifestyle and or overweight. This can be treated.
