Why are my upper lips darker? I don't smoke and my exposure to sun is limited. Also my lips are extremely dry and chapped all around the year. Is it curable?

Hi. Yes, this may be treatable.  However,  depends on what is causing it.  Would u be able to send photos ? Or kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you. Sometimes it's normal to have a slightly darker shade of the lips.  Warm regards. Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
