I have few dark spots and pimple on face. After consulting a dermatologist the doctor gave me Melapik plus cream for dark spots and Acnovate trio gel for pimples. And Dermalibour face wash. After using Melapik cream for three days all my dark spots have turned into red colour. What should I do now? And can I use my normal soap on face since I've got dry and sensitive skin.
