I have been having these dark spots all over my legs since I was a child and until now the dark spots are still visible. I believe it came from mosquito bites that became scars already. What are your recommendations? I have seen a lot of people suggesting Hydroquinone + Tretinoin cream/lotion as remedy. By the way, I am under 18.
