Hello. I have this tiny dark spots on my back, shoulders and a few on my chest.. i never used to have them but i first noticed the ones on my back..then they spread to my shoulders and now my chest. What could be the cause and how can i get rid of them. Please help

It could be Pityriasis Versicolour . But need to examine to confirm the diagnosis . there are many other causes of pigmentation too but without examination they cannot be commented on.
