Hi i have dark spots on my forearm that just randomly appeared all at once they aren't painful or sensitive to touch they are just there. I thought maybe theu could be liver spots but i'm 19 and i thought liver spots normally started appearing around the ahes 40 or 50? Should i be concerned?
