Had jock itch 3 years ago.it got cured but dark patches are left even slightly on my buttock it got spreaded.please help

May be there is chance of fungal infection recurring again. Sorry to say but can you upload pics of it. Is it itchy too much. Apply plain ketoconazole cream twice daily. If there is itching take cetrizine sos.
