Iam facing dark patches issue around mouth and around neck can you tell me why it is causing and can you suggest the any Cream for that

Whether you have hypopigmentation or hyper.... But as per your enquiry suggest it's hyper pigmentation... There are many reasons for this... Like hormonal disorder melasma systemic disease..and acanthosis nigricans n sunburn many more....
