Dark patch between eye and ear(Alcohol?)

Hi, I have slight round patch between the side of my eyes and my ears. I was an alcoholic and just came out of it. I have cirrhosis (mild to medium). I am not leading a healthy lifestyle including exercising and meditating and no longer consume alcohol. I am taking one pill of Neurobion once a day. The back of the strip says- 100mcg (B1), 200mcg(B6), 200mcg(B12). I am also taking one pill of Pharmaton a day.Can I also include Himalaya Liv52 with my current vitamins? If so, how many pills a day?
