Dark patch around my mouth

I've been using Supatret C gel( tretinoin 0.04% & clindamycin 1%). It had given great results. But, one worst day, I overdosed and applied it around my mouth overnight. The next morning, it left a dark patch around my mouth. Please help me out. Desperately need help. Thank you :)

Hello.. Well I need to see the dark patch before I suggest you on what has to be done...so I would recommend you to meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined so that we can tel you what best can be done...thank you
