Hello. Since I was around 7, I've been having problems when it comes to my neck. My skin colour is pretty light, and my problem is my neck is dark. I've been trying so hard to make it lighter, but nothing works. Many says it's because I'm overweight, but I've seen lots of fat girls that have a normal neck colour. Scrub, lemons, nothing ever works.
