I have a dark neck it some time looks dull and if bath is not taken it look more dark i am facing this problem from around 5 years

Probably u r suffering from acanthosis Nigricans...Do direct online consultation by sending photos for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You seem to be obese with a high BMI, this must have caused acanthosis nigricans. Pls see a dermatologist. You must also lose weight and concentrate on your diet. This will help in the long run.
