I have dark elbows... so my doctor recommended me using these 3 creams... 1. Demelan cream... At night 2. Xerina cream.....1/2...Mor & Eve 3.Propysalic NF-6.....1/2...Mor & Eve... i don't understand the 1/2 xerina  and 1/2 nf-6 cream... can anyone please help me how to use these creams.
