Dark Complexion during third trimester

Im 31 week pregnant and taking thyroid 50 mcg, Labetalol 100mg x 3 times, L-Arginine granules twice, iron and vitamin tablets. Im fair complexion but from last few days I noticed, my complexion is getting darker. Please suggest why my complexion is getting darker? Thanks 🙏
