I've this problem of dark circles under my eyes from the past couple of years. I've tried many things but it is not working for me. I'm using a cream from local beauty parlour which is effective when used but the dark circles coming back if I stop using it. I'm feeling ashed of this problem. It is killing me inside. Please help me in fixing this problem permanently. Please let me know if there is a cream or medicines available to treat this.
