I have under eyes dark circles for many years you have some treatment for this dark circles I'm every upset for this problem

Take proper sleep Use sunscreen and shades while you go in sun We have to see weather it is just pigmentation or vascular or shading effect. An online direct consultation with pictures would help

Dark circles are a symptom which might be because of varied conditions which need examination before one can start you on a treatment. Eg- if due to hollowness- filler or fat grafting helps If eyebags, lower lid blepharoplasty If pigmentation, vit k and peels help... and so on...
