Apply almond oil / kumkumadi taila under your eyelids daily
Eat fruits & veggies rich in vit A like papaya, carrots etc
Avoid stress and if u have it try to take breaks after every half an hr of desk job
Do nasya of yashtimadhu taila. It has great results. Nasya is putting 2 drops of lukewarm oil in both nostrils just before sleeping at night.
