Dark circles problem

Hello sir/madam: I'm suffering from dark circles for 1 year and my eyes sometimes feeling itching  and dry,mainly below my eyebrows it is itching(please see in the attachment) i have already went to dermatologist, he had suggested to use "Melalumin under eye serum" but is not working and also i have tried Himalaya under eye cream, kojic acid, bio oil etc ...., but none of them working ,can you please suggest any Cream and vitamin tablets? Please ..and my skins around my eyes feels dry(heat)

Undergo PRP therapy. Few creams also available.... Send photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment..

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,

Pigmetation around the eyes are because hereditary origin , sometimes even underlying eczema or acantosis. There are skin bleaching creams available but considering skin around the eyes being delicate doctor would chose it wisely. This could be the reflection of someone’s nutritional status as well.
