I have these dark circles from past 1 year and i am using sesderma vit c srum nd its not working on it..is this really helpful if i use this serum?

Under eye darkness is very difficult to treat. We should see if it is genetic or due to stress and other factors. Eat  fruits containing vit c like orange grapes pomegranate guava etc. We have some good creams for under eye darkness. U can also go for treatment like chemical peel.
