I have been having dark circles since more than 10 yrs now due to allergies. I've also been diagnosed with keratoconus and have undergone C3R treatment for the same. Have tried changing lifestyle and tried different types of skin care creams, but my dark circles don't seem to reduce. Want to know what treatment options will I have and quotation for the same.
