Dear doctor, I have been having dark circles for the last 8-9 years. I really feel tired also all the time. I am also suffering from proteinuria problem from last ten years. Kindly advice me , is it due to any vitamin deficiency or using mobile phone in dark is causing so ..because I don't have a family history of dark circles Thanks Shishir
