Hi, I am having dark circles, dry and dull skin.. can you please advise what needs to be done..  I believe dry skin results to dullness in face. Also I am having dark circles from past 8 to 9 yrs and it's genetic.. I am fair and white but yes my skin looks pale. Can I opt for chemical peeling?? Kindly suggest me some cream that can reduce my dryness, dullness and dark circles.
