My sis nose get infected after cold and after subside cold dark spot appear so local md gave her skin lite cream( hq+ momestone+ tretinon) Plus anti fungus cream She using this for 5 day but I want to know this contains steroids is this safe What Things do and don't plzzz suggest Photo is attached
