Hi,your history is suggestive of superficial fungal infection but I can't comment for sure without looking at your pictures.As far using a soap is concerned,any Ketoconazole containing soap (e.g.Ketopz) can be used.Revert back with the pics of the affected area so that I can advise you on the treatment part.
