I have a Dark black hairs patch on my left side of back. How can I remove it and what will it cost me? How much time will it take for the treatment?

What you have is Becker's Nevus I presume (what i could gather from your description) Lasers can be used to treat the area. The hair will respond better than the pigment. Two different lasers will be needed - one for hair and other for pigment. Cost would depend on the size of the patch. Hope this was helpful.
