Dandruff(seborrheic dermatitis) can present from mild to severe disease. It can cause hairfall, pimples on face and scalp too.
Good hair care, anti dandruff shampoo and other medications have to be followed.
HAIR CARE: for mild type,
use head and shoulders/Dove anti dandruff shampoo daily. Apply over wet scalp(not just hair) and leave for 3-5 minutes and wash with water. Completely dry your hair only in sunlight after bath. Do not rub your hair while washing/drying hair.
Do not apply oil immediately after taking bath which increases dandruff.
Wash your towels and pillow covers regularly.
If you r riding bike, wear helmet after drying hair.
