Dandruff & Hairfall problem

I was taking dandruff & hairfall treatment since 6 months . I am using Regain for hair gain/ keraglo for dandruff after consulted dermatologist. Also , having tablets Renocia & calcimax .Just I moved to Mexico & doctor suggested me to have this for next 6 months.In long hair how much strands fall in daily basis & how much inhairwash.
