Dandruff and similar patche on my  chest

Hi, I have dandruff  in circular patches as shown in the picture, I see similar patches on my chest as well as my back region. I use flukart it will go for a week and again it comes back I am not sure what this is please help. I use scrufol shampoo which helps to reduce dandruff but even after regular use it doesn't completely go. Please suggest next course of action.
