Dandruff and Hair loss problem

I am suffering from Dandruff problem and excessive hair loss.I am getting white part of my scalp on the tip of hair when it falls and itchiness is also there. Please suggest me.

Can use antidandruff shampoo like nizral twice weekly . Also use shampoo for oily hair for regular cleansing . No conditioner on scalp . Just on hair ends
