I have been suffering from severe dandruff and itchy scalpe with dryness on face skin. Have tried all scalpe shampoo with a few more anti dandruff treatment but it's ineffective.

Hi if you are not responding to anti dandruff shampoo, you may require a stay on lotion or anti fungal tablets to reduce the fungal overgrowth. It can sometimes also be other conditions which mimic dandruff like psoriasis or Tinea infection. Pls do consult a doctor preferably visit a dermatologist personally to get a proper treatment plan. Hope this helps
