Its effect on sexual activities, libido and Erection is variable and does not really effect everyone and may be reasonably safe to take. If you have any side effects you could immediately stop the drug and the side effect will stop too. However you could take tab finax one mg alternate days instead of androanagen - under the prescription and direct guidance of a dermatologist. This drug also may have same side effects but is very very rarely seen in less than one to three percent of individuals taking the medicine and the side effect will usually stop if you stop the drug. So discuss this option with your dermatologist. For dandruff use beclo solution only sparingly for short while. Better to use a anti fungal shampoo also. Hope this helps.
