Protein  supplements  are added  only the daily  diet is unable  to provide  the appropriate  quantity,
Next Steps
Try and include, sprouts, lentils, wholepulses, milk and products, lean meat poultry and fish regularly  in your diet
Health Tips
protein  drinks are not natural  but foods are natural and the way the body processes  protein  from food is a safe  mechanism .so why not go for natural means

Hi Dietary protein is better than outside marketed protein drinks.. You can have protein drink very occassionally but not daily or often as completely depending on outside protein drinks is not at all recommended.. Dietary sources of protein is the best all time option to follow.. Always plant based high biological value plant based proteins are betterthan animal based proteins.. Don't go for protein drinks as they are highly processed drinks.. Daily workouts in the form of physical activities are very important for everyone.. Hi If you are vegetarian then u can meet ur protein requirements with food like tofu, cheese, paneer, dals, multi grain flour,  nuts. That will be sufficient for ur requirements and ur sedentary worker not doin any workout so protein supplement will not be ok. But if you still want to look for protein supplement then look for few things in the supplement 1) source off protein whey, peas, etc 2) The amount off protein per scoop. 3) The source off carbohydrates synthetic or non synthetic 4) Mico nutrient in the supplement. 5) fat percentage off the supplement 6) The source off sugar percentage in the supplements synthetic or non synthetic.

I think you should take natural resources for increasing protein intake like add any one protein thing lit dal, paneer, milky things in your breakfast then add  egg whites ,sprouts , gram salad in mid morning and one protein thing in your dinner timing it's better than protein shakes.

Hello,  for a good protein intake,  you can change you normal rotis to missi roti (50% besan+ 50% wheat), include sprout salads like rajma salad/ lobia salad/kalachan salad. In case of supplements, you can consume 1 scoop of whey protein powder mixed in water as your evening or mid morning snack.
