Daily poop issues

I don't poop daily and I think I am having a lot of issues because of that like bloating, constipation, abdominal pain, hairfall and skin issues. What should I do?

Start with simple measures - increase fluid intake 2-3L / day, adequate fibre in your diet - salads and fresh fruits, avoiding refined starches - maida/suji items, daily excercise. If no improvement is seen then consider laxative. It is unlikely that all of the symptoms you have described are linked to constipation alone.
