Daily headaches

I get daily headaches on the forehead and the back of my head (behind my ears). They are worse in the mornings. It is a throbbing kind of pain. Interferes with all my daily work. What can I do to mitigate them. They are tolerable a few days and excruciating the others with no regular pattern.
