Heart & Circulation: ECG (Electrocardiogram) – Done 3 times, all normal Echocardiogram – Normal Blood Pressure – Normal Brain & Nervous System: Brain MRI – Normal Cervical Spine MRI – Normal Spine MRI – Normal Endocrine & Metabolic: Thyroid Tests – Normal Blood Sugar Tests – Normal Other Imaging: Neck Ultrasound – Normal All these test were done 1 month ago echo was done 2 months ago But daily i feel dizziness sight pain in left hand and middle chest breathlessness sometimes cold sweats What should i do please help all dr say you have anxiety but i was totally relaxed after all these test but these symptoms are not going
