Hi Doctor, From past 1 year I'm continuously getting 30 to 40 hiccups followed by burps all the day.

Hiccups are caused due to stimulation of the phrenic nerve which supplies the diaphragm.
Next Steps
If you are having hiccups since such a long time consider taking metoclopramide.
Health Tips
If there is no relief we can try a course of baclofen.

Take pantaprazole  40mg morning and night 15 minutes before food for 3 to 5 days . Still if it continues consult for further advice and medication.
