D3 60K and Zincovit

I'm a nightshift worker with a poor diet who rarely gets any sun so was prescribed uprise D3 60k  due to vit d deficiency for 12 weeks along with zincovit for b12 deficiency. Can I continue to take d3 60k and zincovit because my lifestyle doesn't really change because of my shifts ?

Apart from medicinal supplements  add on to ur diet Vit d rich sources like milk ,egg and fish Early morning sunlight exposure far helpful...if possible
